The Westford Post Office is located in the hamlet's center at 1743 County Highway 34. The Lobby is open for access to mailboxes Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. Window service is available Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., and Saturday, 8 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.

Churches
Westford has three active churches, the Methodist Church and Episcopal Church located in the hamlet of Westford and the Methodist Church in the hamlet of Westville. The Town Hall and Westford Methodist Church serve as community centers for various activities.
Community Association of Westford
The Westford Community Association provides opportunities for social events and activities for children. These events include the Westford Christmas Pageant, the Easter Egg Hunt, and the Halloween Costume Party. The Association also hosts the Alumni luncheon for graduates of the former Westford School.

Big Sky Organic CSA (Community Supported Agriculture)
Big Sky Farm offers a variety of farm foods to members of the CSA. For a share, members enjoy farm fresh produce and eggs for a 20 week season.
Raises grass-fed meats which are sold in local stores, at regional and local restaurants, and at regional and local farmers markets. Raising grass-fed and/or free-range highlander cattle, sheep, pigs, goats, and chickens, ducks, turkeys and emus. Also offering fresh organic free-range eggs, cheese, organic produce, apple cider, and honey (some items are seasonal).
